Harveys Ales have been much missed in Kingston in recent years. Now we can offer cask conditioned 'bright' ales, delivered to your door in handy 2.5 Litre (that's about 4 and a half pints in 'old money'!) , 5 Litre and 10 Litre containers, straight from the brewery. Bright ale, as the name suggests, is ready to drink without the need for clearing, and as a 'fresh' product it should be stored in a cool place, but not in the fridge. Harveys recommend that it is drunk within twenty-four hours to enjoy the beer in prime condition - not too much of a hardship!
Unless you already have your own Harveys containers, you will need to purchase them with the beer. Thereafter, your containers will be labelled with your name, and we will refill them for you. Please note that these containers need to be the correct size for the quantity that you are ordering! It will be your responsibility to clean your own containers prior to return for refilling. Harveys recommend that they are washed immediately after emptying with warm water (to which you can add a VERY small amount of unscented detergent or 'Milton' solution) and then rinse very thoroughly.
The brews on offer will change with the seasons, but don't worry, Sussex Best Bitter will always be available! Pay the same prices as you would in the shop!
