A premium golden bitter. "Dry hopped" in cask to produce a fabulous floral hoppy aroma and a dry bitter palate. Awarded second prize at CAMRA's Great British Beer Festival in 1992. Alcohol 4.5% by volume.
First exhibited at the Eastbourne Beer Festival in 2005, where it was voted "beer of the Festival". Light gold in colour, it is best served slightly cooler than a normal bitter as it is an ideal summer ale - light and refreshing with a hint of honey. Alcohol 4.3% by volume.
