Our bread is supplied to you direct from The flintOwl Bakery in Glynde. These superb breads are crafted with care using organic flours from Shipton Mill and Stoates Flour-Cann Mills. No additives or flour improvers are used, and all the loaves have a fermentation period of at least 18 hours - taste the difference that time and enthusiasm can make!
