The Village Shop

Organic beef, lamb and poultry is supplied by Boathouse Organic Farm Shop, near Barcombe Mills (they also have an outlet in The Riverside, Lewes). The pork supplied (and that included in their sausages) is free-range, but not organic. As the shop is Soil Association registered, there are strict criteria regarding traceability and production methods, which must be as natural as possible.
